Utilising the live chat features
Live chat is a feature available for registered users across the event platform.
You can find a Global live chat on the event homepage and a Session live chat in each individual session.
The Global chat is visible to all users whenever they are browsing the channels.
Session chats are visible only to those users in that session.
Chats remain visible to registered users even after the session ends.
By clicking on a user's avatar in any chat window you can see their profile and arrange a 1-2-1 video call or send a direct message.
